I feel like more and more people are low-level and mid-level famous but fewer and fewer people are globally famous. Agree?
The pull of the unhealthy is so strong. I ate 1000 more calories due to switching my sleep cycle and staying up an extra 5-6 hours, perfectly fine and planned, no problem. But now here I am the next day and that 'unhealthy' voice in my head is trying to get me to throw out my system and have a day of unhealthy eating and using all the tricks to win. It won't win, I am stronger. But still the pull towards binge, towards disgust is a real thing. We must stay vigilant. Always.
