My books are now free to read here on my website. I have moved to an in-browser web-based approach, I find it a lot more effective and efficient than files and third parties. If you want you can make your own copies, PDFs, EPUBs, physical books what ever you want, on the condition you keep the entirety of the work as a whole, including URLs and attribution to myself as the author.
